CALIBAN’S TOP CARNIVORE

I’ll be reporting on my findings when I have them. Like any good researcher I won’t announce anything until I have results that will stand up to peer review.
In the meantime life goes on back home. At the Caliban Academy sports awards banquet Rudy was the big winner. He took home the trophy for Top Carnivore, and from what I hear he earned it during the season. Even though he rarely hunted in one-on-one competition, he put up big numbers in two- and four-predator hunts. This allowed him to focus on his strengths at bringing down prey while not being impacted by his tracking difficulties. In those cases Fiona’s amazing sense of hearing them to their quarry.
Then there’s the matter of his motivation. Ever since last year’s Easter Bunny assignment was saved by the whole Kindle clan, Rudy had to grow a garden for them in return. Rudy does keep his promises, and he surprised everyone (including himself and especially Dad) by producing some outstanding vegetables. The accolades poured in from the herbivores, and it seems that Rudy felt he had to prove he was still a meat eater.
Still, due to popular (and monetary) demand, he’ll be growing another garden this year.

That's the problem with being good at something. You have to do it again next year to prove it's not just beginers luck that you could do it last year. The one thing that made Rudy a good farmer last year was that he didn't snack on his gardenlike Kevin sometimes does.

He could but I don't think he would. Doing somethin to pay back for help given is nothing to be ashamed of. Even with that I would not be suprised if he did catch & eat quite a few intruders in his garden. Coney may have helped with that task.

I just had a random thought; pardon me for sharing it here.
If "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" is a reality show in your world, as you've said, then do they have musical numbers/songs? Or perhaps it's a scripted sit(uational)com(edy) and you haven't watched it enough to know that?

Jordan: as a fan of the show, let me explain:

The show follows six young students and their friends at an all-Equine private school, plus their individual family lives. They've formed a band as well - which is where the musical numbers come in.

The real appeal of MLP is watching these fillies hang together through their ups and downs, despite their different personalities: TS, the bookish one (and her reptile buddy, 'Strike'); RD, the athlete; AJ, the practical, 'down-home' filly; R, the budding designer; FS, the quiet one; and the irrepressible party animal, PP. They also are capable of some quite witty and engaging banter... 7@=e

Do they have tattoos or candy-colored manes,tails or bodies? Do they have a Headmistress Celestia? Does Lindesfarne, Corrie, or Fiona watch it?

Anyway, the topic at hand.Now Aby knows how Kell felt when she and Kevin first started dating.

Sounds like your avrage group of teens. Everyone diffrant but together they bring out the best in each other. Is the lead singer planing a life in show buisness.

I have a feeling that Kell knows that their will be down turns this time of the year. Will it may be disapionting now it could have been worse. Remember it is late in the winter season.
